The main house comprises 3 spacious bedrooms (1 with ensuite shower, toilet, vanity) each with overhead fans, 2 queen beds, 2 king singles and 2 trundles, separate bathroom with full size ‘mizu’ bath & shower, separate toilet. The fully appointed kitchen and open plan living/dining area (with overhead fans, TV, DVD CD player) spills onto a large covered entertainment area (including BBQ) overlooking the natural forest.

The fully self-contained retreat comprises queen size bedroom (with overhead fan), bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet and open plan kitchen/dining/living (with overhead fan, TV, DVD & CD player) opening onto a private covered entertainment area (with own BBQ).

Low set at ground level with no stairways and with door openings and an absence of shower hobs to accommodate wheelchairs, ‘Sovereign Place’ is particularly suited to guests with physical disabilities. Infants and young children are also catered for with furnishings including suitable cutlery, highchair, portacot, footstool and swing and play area.

Guests need only provide food, beverage, linen and towels although a linen/towel hire service is available on request.

Unfortunately there is no provision for pets as they are incompatible with the koalas & other wildlife
